Shipping Information

Most orders are despatched from stock within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) using a 48-hour mail service or by Airmail (International). From time to time, however, delays in despatch can occur, and we don't send out any parcels on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have particular requirements regarding delivery times, please let us know and we will advise our expected despatch date and can discuss priority delivery services. If you wish to cancel an unprocessed order, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to grant your request before the order is despatched.
Please note: Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic the postal services are experiencing significant delays in some areas, please order in plenty of time as we are unable to guarantee delivery windows at present.
Please note that delivery instructions added to your order cannot be acted upon. Our carriers, and their agents where applicable, will not guarantee to meet specific instructions and we are unable to pass them on. If you are unable to accept deliveries for any reason, we suggest that you place your order with a delivery address where it can be accepted. If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of postage plus VAT which will need to be paid before re-sending it.
Please be aware that unless you discuss and accept a priority delivery service, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. In addition, we are unable to investigate delayed deliveries for 21 days (UK) though in many cases delayed items are actually at local sorting offices so you should check at your local office if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days. Please note that at busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, so please order in plenty of time.

Non-EU orders may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) which are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, nor are we able to estimate what they would be as they vary from country to country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
Please be aware that we are only responsible for the delivery of goods until they are delivered to the address, or nominated person, as provided by the customer. We will not accept any liabilty for parcels not delivered or damaged by third-party parcel forwarders unless explicitly pre-agreed and arranged through.
